combined
firm
grosses
more

$2
billion,
and
they’re
putting

—
associate
bonuses.
Earlier
today,
Herbert
Smith
Freehills
Kramer
unveiled
its
first
associate
bonus
scale,
matching
the
market
standard
with
both
year-end
and
special
bonuses
for
associates
in
good
standing.
The
bonus
scale
is
as
follows:
Bonuses
will
be
paid
on
February
13,
2026.
