Comic Store Includes Graphic Novel Of Allegations In Filing

Third Planet Sci-Fi And Fantasy Superstore is suing the Crowne Plaza in Houston. The comic store alleges that the guests at the hotel engage in all manner of disruptive if not criminal activity that spills onto Third Planet’s next door location. Worst of all, Third Planet claims guests routinely throw stuff from the hotel onto the store, including cigarette butts that have started fires and — in an ironic reversal — a barrage of fire extinguishers that blew holes in the roof.

This would be a straightforward case but for Third Planet’s delightful nod to their industry.

There’s a short graphic novel included in the filing from attorneys Feldman & Feldman.

If the factual allegations are meant to paint a picture, then why not paint an actual picture?
