two
things

once

the
current
environment.

trying
to
be
disciplined
and
pick
up
the
pace
on
holding
their
attorneys
accountable
for
meeting
expectations
on
a
multi-year
basis,
while
also
increasing
their
profitability
in
order
to
compensate
higher-performing
attorneys.
