“one-size-fits-all”
office
policy

for
partners
and
associates
alike,
Freshfields
has
made
another
announcement
to
welcome
New
York
attorneys
to
its
new
space
at
3
World
Trade
Center:
with
the
new
turf
will
come
a
new
hybrid
work
policy.

Come
May
1,
fee
earners
at
Freshfields,
including
partners,
associates,
and
legal
assistants,
among
others,
will
be
expected
to
spend
four
days
working
at
the
office
each
week.
As
noted
by
the

American
Lawyer
,
the
firm
has
not
yet
announced
the
specifics
for
what
in-office
schedules
will
look
like
for
other
staff
and
business
services
team
members.
