standard
includes
both
year-end
and
special
bonuses,
and
one
major
Biglaw
firm
is
putting
their
own
spin
on
the
bonuses
that
are
lockstep
elsewhere,
making
the
full
bonuses
just
that
much
harder
to
take
home.
Arnold
&
Porter,
a
firm
that
made
$1,193,720,000
in
gross
revenue
in
2024,
making
it
51
on
the
Am
Law
100,
announced
their
bonus
scale.
And
it
comes
with
an
explicit
hours
caveat.
