in

putting
it
at
No.
30
in
the
most
recent
Am
Law
100
—
is
opening
its
latest
office
with
the
help
of
three
privatee
equity
partners
who
are
lateraling
over
from
Haynes
and
Boone.
Seven
partners
in
total
will
launch
the
firm’s
Dallas
office,
including
four
private
equity
partners
from
Willkie’s
Houston
office.
As
noted
by
the

Cerabino
said
this
of
the
firm’s
Texas
strategy
in
a
